University Guests Deliver Practical Advice

Students have been finding out more about routes into university thanks to practical advice from a variety of prestigious guests.

These included Chris Hatton, Educational Engagement Lead Officer for Social Sciences at the University of Leeds, who said: "I have been explaining to students at Tollbar, the number of different routes into university such as Pathways To Law. I also talked about various business programmes at Leeds and access to the University of Leeds."

Katie Quinn, Careers Advisor at the University of Hull, said: "I talked specifically about CVs, employment, apprenticeships and work experience, just giving the students some advice on what they need to do next."
