UCAS Event Inspires Art Students

Year 13 Art students William Clarke, Sophie Dickinson, Liam Spall, Imogen Wood, Holly Ducker & Maddy Noel-Brown arrive at the UCAS event.

A Level Art students took a closer look at Further Education opportunities and careers in the Creative Arts Industry on a visit to the 'UCAS Create Your Future' event held at Manchester Central Convention Complex.

The event explored the range of creative courses and traineeships on offer, and representatives of universities were on hand to offer advice and first-hand experience to inspire future career choices.

Year 13 student William Clarke said: "The event was a fantastic opportunity to broaden my horizons on Art education and on careers in the Creative Arts industry."

Maddy Noel-Brown (Year 13) added: "It was interesting to see the different types of career paths and speak to the universities about entry requirements and course content."
